Independent cottage located in a quiet area, in the Parc de Brière (canals 2 km away), 6 km from the beaches of Pornichet and 12 km from Guérande / La Baule / ST Nazaire.

Ground floor: large living room with open fitted kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and storeroom.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1: 1 bed 140x190 and 1 bed 90x190, 2: 1 bed 140x190 and 1 bed 90x190, 3: 1 bed 140x190 + baby bed), shower room, separate toilet.
Additional equipment: wifi, DVD player, radio / CD, complete baby equipment, small freezer, beach games.
Included: electric underfloor heating, wood.
Not included: sheets and towels.
Animals: deposit 100€.
