In the heart of the Loiret department, in the Triangle Orléans, Montargis and Gien.
Charming cottage on the edge of the forest, close to the Orléans canal and on the road to the Etang de la Vallée. Near the owners' house, but independent in an enclosed space and facing a meadow with horses.
The wood, brick and stone are highlighted and make the decoration and charm of the habitat.
Ground floor: 1 large living room / kitchen with lounge area and wood stove, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200), shower room with SAUNA, separate toilet, storeroom. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (3 beds 90x200). Price including: electricity, heating, cleaning, and sheets included and beds made on arrival.
Towels are an optional extra at € 5 per person.
Tourism and Mental and Hearing Disability Label Arrival from 4 [hidden] Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Napkins : 7.45 € per person per stay Property managed by a professional.

Cross the forest for 6 km before arriving in the town of Vitry aux Loges.
Cross the crossroads of the 4 roads, then the canal.
Go through the town of Vitry and on the right take rue Joseph lebert then, as an extension, rue des Caduels for 800 meters (direction Etang de la Vallée). Stop at number 88, you have arrived.

Het enigste minpunt was dat er geen airco aanwezig was.
Mooi gezellig huisje, leuke tuin met heel veel vrijheid achterom doormiddel.van een wei met paarden.

Très bien situé, mieux équipé que tous les autres gîtes qui nous ont accueillis les 10 dernières années.Absolument tout est disponible pour vivre sur place et les équipements sont tous haut de gamme.L'emplacement est excellent, tout près du canal et de l'Étang de la Vallée, à pied.
