Apartment 3 rooms in duplex, of 50 m² (Carrez law, more than 1,80 m high) located in a residence without elevator.
At the first level:
- an entrance with cupboards
- a living room with a pull-out sofa bed (for 2 persons), 2 armchair, coffee table, chest of drawers, TV, satellite HD decoder
- a dining area with a table, 3 chairs, a corner bench. This space overlooks a south-facing balcony with views of the slopes and the center of the resort
- a kitchenette equipped with an electric stove (4 hotplates + oven), refrigerator table top and microwave
Upstairs:
- a landing of circulation with commode and cupboards, nesting beds (for 2 persons)
- an attic room with a double bed (for 2 persons), wardrobe, bedside tables and a folding chair
- one bedroom with twin beds (for 2 persons), wardrobe, bedside table and chair
- a bathroom with sink and bath
- Separate toilets with washbasin
Private cellar, and outdoor parking of the property. Access to the pool located in 'Enchalpe'
Starting gondola and shops nearby
The apartment is equipped with blankets, crockery and kitchen utensils.
It does not include linen nor towels.
Cleaning at the end of the stay is made by the tenant
