At the crossroads between Ancenis, Nantes and Châteaubriant, in the heart of nature 300 m from the Erdre (fishing possibility), calm and rest await you in this renovated independent traditional house, mixing the old and the modern.
Vast 1 hectare area around the gîte with sheep and goats, including private enclosed garden of 470 m² with south-facing terrace and superb view of the valley. Ground floor: fitted kitchen/living room, separate open living room, bathroom, separate WC and laundry room.
Floor: 3 bedrooms (1: 140x190 bed + 90x190 bed, 2 and 3: 2 twin 90x200 beds), bathroom/wc and mezzanine (90x190 extra bed). Additional equipment: wifi, dryer, small freezer, complete baby equipment. Included: sheets. Not included: electricity, electric heating, bathroom linen and cleaning fee (compulsory for professional customers - €90). Pets accepted if owner present (10€/stay/pet). Large parking lot in front of the house. Angers 50 km, Candé 9 km. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Napkins : 5.39 € per person per stay . Le logement correspondait parfaitement à la description et à nos attentes. Les propriétaires sont chaleureux et très réactifs (nous avons demandé plusieurs fois du bois pour le poêle, et nous l’avons à chaque fois reçu dans les heures qui ont suivi). Rien à dire, nous recommandons !

Nous avons loué ce logement pour nous retrouver entre amis, c’était très pratique d’avoir trois réelles chambres et deux salles de bain. Le coin est isolé et paisible, exactement ce dont on avait besoin.

Mooie ruime gite voorzien van alle gemakken. Hoog comfort, grote omheinde tuin waarin onze hond heerlijk heeft kunnen rennen. Verhuur door sympathiek echtpaar dat de gehele week op afstand beschikbaar was, zeer prettig.
