Chez Polythe is a holiday cottage converted from the former barn of the owner's grandparents, Joséphine and Hippolyte.
Restored using local materials, the house offers a spacious and welcoming living area.
One of the two bay windows provides an unobstructed view of Mont Mézenc and Mont Gerbier de Jonc.
Nearby: an inn in the village, leisure facilities in Lavalette (28 km) and Devesset (30 km), a greenway 6 km away, Dunières (railbike and tourist train) 14 km away.
Small shops in Riotord (6 km), all shops and services in Montfaucon-en-Velay (18 km).
Gourmet restaurants in St-Bonnet-le-Froid (15 km).
On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen at the entrance, opening onto a beautiful 40m² living room with a lounge and dining area (TV, wood-burning stove).
Available: 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 double bed), shower room, toilet.
Taking this grand staircase, you arrive at a walkway leading to an attic bedroom (3 single beds) and another attic bedroom (1 double bed), a bathroom with bathtub, and a separate toilet. 300 m² lawn, parking adjacent to the cottage, playground with swings, slide, ladders, and climbing rings.
Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, baby bath.
Optional services payable on site: - Cleaning service: €60 (a security deposit of the same amount will be required) - Bed linen rental: €8/double bed, €6/single bed - Towel rental: €6/person - One crate of firewood provided for the wood-burning stove; additional crates are €8 each.
Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival: - Towels: €8.51 per person per stay Property managed by a professional.

Super maison dans un très bel endroit! la propriété était très accueillante et la communication a été facile. Le gîte est un peu compliqué à localiser avec les instructions données sur le site, mais un voisin sympa nous a dirigé dans le bons sens. À recommander sans hésitation.
