Located in the heart of a charming village at the confluence of the Maine and the Loire, all amenities are within walking distance from the gîte: bakery, tobacconist, post office, media library, tavern, gourmet restaurant, canoe/kayak club , food trucks...
On Sunday morning, enjoy the market and its products (gastronomy, clothing, artisans) which takes place right in front of the gîte.
Bus lines can also take you to the train station and the city center of Angers and public car parks are located nearby to park your vehicle.

In the heart of the village - Boulangerie, shop, restaurants, cycle hire and off road cycle paths literally outside the door. A great place for a family holiday. Friendly and welcoming hosts. I’d highly recommend.

Probably having dryer for clothes would be nice !
Great location ! Easy access to bakery and grocery store.
Cycle route to Angers centre starts next to property.
There is no dedicated parking but communal parking is 100m which is always available.
The verandah of the property is nice to enjoy eveni...
