In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, near the village of Vichères, this charming cottage welcomes you for a stay surrounded by nature.
Accommodating up to 6 people, this cottage is the perfect place to discover authentic countryside, manor houses and castles, gardens and abbeys.
Bicycles, a pool table, and a ping-pong table are available in the cottage.
The raised ground floor comprises a living/dining room, a separate kitchen, two bedrooms each with a double bed (140x190cm), a shower room with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with four single beds (90x190cm). Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, and refrigerator; living/dining room (38 m²) with fireplace (insert), TV, VCR, DVD player, telephone, printer, and Wi-Fi access; two bedrooms, each with a double bed (cot available on request); shower room; separate WC. Upstairs: One bedroom with four single beds and a TV.
Garage with washing machine, dryer, freezer, table tennis, and pool table.
Enclosed garden (2500 m²) with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers, bicycles available for use, and a swing set. Oil heating is charged to the guest based on consumption at the end of their stay.
Bed linen and cleaning services are available for hire.
Pets are welcome. A security deposit of €300.00 is required for the stay, and a separate security deposit of €350.00 is required for pets.
