L'emplacement - idéalement situé -, la vue du balcon et de la pièce à vivre, la propreté du logement à l'arrivée - et la possibilité de gérer les arrivées tardives, sans aucun souci -, le charme et la qualité du duplex, sans compter les équipements... et de plus un garage individuel fermé.
