Cottage converted from a former watermill, adjoining another house.
Ground floor: living/dining room with fireplace and stereo system, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 twin beds), bathroom (bath and shower), toilet.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (1 four-poster bed, 1 double bed, 1 double bed, 2 sets of bunk beds and 1 single bed), shower room, toilet.
Beds made upon arrival.
Wi-Fi. Private enclosed garden of 1100 m², terrace (garden furniture, deck chairs, barbecue, children's play area). Small enclosed terrace at the rear overlooking a pond and river.
Small private pond on the property.
Bed linen provided. Optional extras: End-of-stay cleaning: €90/stay; Towel rental: €7/person/stay. Additional charge: Electric heating package: €8/day (payable on site). Belle accueil gîte agréable et bien situé pour la tranquillité ancien moulin convient très bien à un groupe d'amis le marais poitevin est à côté petit parc très agréable autour du gite

Parfait pour accueillir une tribu ! Nous étions 8 adultes et 4 enfants, le jardin est agréable et sécurisé.
Déco un peu vieillotte, mais ça peut faire partie du charme !
