Calme dans mini immeuble avec jardinet devant la fenêtre. Très bien équipé pour cuisiner. Produits d'entretien, sel et poivre à disposition.
La zone à coucher pour deux enfants se trouve dans un couloir limitrophe d'une pompe à humidité qui fait beaucoup de bruit et dégage des remugles odorants
