On the ground floor you will benefit from a large living room of 50m² with kitchen open to dining room equipped with a pellet stove as well as a small relaxation area, a living room of 17m² with sofa and television as well as a first bathroom and a separate toilet.
On the 1st floor you will find 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms are equipped with 1 bed 140 and the 3rd with 3 beds 90) as well as a 2nd bathroom and separate toilet.
In the heart of a quiet hamlet, with a view of the Forez plain and the Alps, discover this old stone farmhouse entirely renovated with taste, comfort and authenticity of yesteryear.
The house offers quality equipment, beautiful room volumes, a warm atmosphere and personalized decoration.
You will benefit from an enclosed and paved courtyard of 100m² facing due east and a landscaped garden with a pétanque court.
For added comfort, utilities are included in the rental rate.
The price includes: - Utilities (heating, electricity, gas, and water) Please note: In case of excessive consumption, an additional charge may be charged.
The price does not include: - Rental of sheets and towels - Tourist tax - Cleaning fee Fenced grounds, Semi-detached house, Television, Internet access, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, Freezer, Sofa bed, Stove, Barbecue/Plancha, Baby equipment, Wi-Fi, Terrace, Garden, Private entrance, Ping pong, House, Boules court, Household linen.
