Located in a quiet village setting, this cottage, renovated in 2016 and adjoining the owners' house, combines the pleasures of the sea with the charms of the Brieronne (10 min) and Brittany (15 min).
It features a 450 m² terrace and enclosed garden with a swing set and a bowling green.
Ground floor: living room with open-plan fitted kitchen (pellet stove), 1 bedroom (2 twin beds (80x200), shower room, and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 3 twin beds (90x200), 2: 2 twin beds (90x200), shower room, and separate toilet.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, stereo, tumble dryer, and complete baby equipment.
Included: Electricity, pellet heating, bed linens.
