Located in a peaceful village, this cottage, renovated in 2016 and adjoining the owners' house, allows you to combine the pleasures of the sea with the charm of the Briéronne (10 min) and Breton (15 min) countryside.
It features a terrace and a 450 m² enclosed garden with a swing set and a pétanque court. Ground floor: living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen (pellet stove), 1 bedroom (2 single beds 80x200 cm that can be joined), shower room and separate WC. First floor: 2 bedrooms (1: 3 single beds 90x200 cm, 2: 2 single beds 90x200 cm that can be joined), shower room and separate WC. Amenities included: Wi-Fi, stereo, tumble dryer, full baby equipment. Included: electricity, pellet heating, bed linen. Not included: towels and tourist tax. La Baule/Le Croisic 20 km. Business clients are not permitted. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Final Cleaning : 86.21 € per stay . Napkins : 5.39 € per person per stay Property managed by a professional.
