A stone's throw from the sea and shops 5 km from the sea and Pornic, in the heart of a small, quiet village in a countryside environment, this cottage is located on the ground floor of a country house (another 3-person cottage upstairs), adjoining another 2-person cottage.
Large shared, semi-enclosed garden with trees of 2000 m² (shared garage for bicycles/motorcycles).
Single storey: lounge/living room with open fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (140x190 bed), shower room and separate toilet.
Additional equipment: wifi, stereo, freezer, baby bed and high chair.
Not included: electric heating (4€/day), electricity, sheets (10€ for the 2-person bed), towels (7€ for 2 people) and tourist tax.
Mandatory cleaning fee for professional customers (50€).

Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival: - End of stay cleaning: €43.10 per stay Property managed by a professional.

Die Besitzer sind sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich, hilfsbereit.
Der Garten ist ein gepflegter Park, blühende, duftende Pflanzen ringsherum.
Es ist ruhig und angenehm.
Man ist schnell in Pornic, ein kleiner schöner Ort mit einem kleinen Hafen, gemütlichen Cafés und Restaurants.
Leckere Eiscafés und schöne besondere Geschäfte ( z. B. Mit Sardinen aus der Gegend in dekorativen Dosen).

Agréable séjour dans un gîte propre, bien équipé et confortable : séjour, cuisine, belle chambre spacieuse, bien équipée, une salle de bain digne de ce nom et une belle terrasse pour se détendre, manger et profiter de l'environnement.
