Les stores non occultants ne permettant pas de faire le noir complet.
Les volets roulants ne sont pas fonctionnels.
Puissance électrique insuffisante en hiver quand les radiateurs, la plaque de cuisson et le four fonctionne en même temps. Le compteur saute.
