La Perle des Marais is a charming renovated thatched cottage, adjoining another cottage, located in the village (shops and restaurants 200 m away), in the heart of the Brière Regional Natural Park, 9 km from Guérande and 10 km from the beaches.
Enclosed 250 m² garden with south/east-facing terraces and a ping-pong table.
Ground floor: living/dining room with wood-burning stove, separate open-plan fitted kitchen (Nespresso machine), shower room and separate WC.
First floor: 3 bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom (1: single bed 90x200 cm, 2: double bed 160x200 cm, 3: double bed 160x200 cm).
Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speaker, DVD player, radio/CD player, cot/high chair/changing mat, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, tea towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.). Included: electricity, electric heating, bed linen (beds made), towels/household linen, and firewood.
Not included: tourist tax.
