Located in the center of Carnac Plage, with shops nearby, 500 meters from the Grande Plage and 300 meters from the Thalassotherapy Institute, small semi-detached 2-room house (approx. 30m²) for 2 people, with a south-facing terrace, located on Allée des Elfes:
- Direct entrance into the living area with sitting area (sofa, TV) and dining area (table and chairs) leading to the south-facing terrace (garden furniture)
- Open kitchen corner, equipped (2-ring ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave)
- 1 master bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm, blanket) and en-suite shower room with washing machine and separate WC

Consumption package extra (35€/week) except from May 23 to September 26, 2026.

bien ajancé ,propriétaire gentil
très bon acceuil,environnement calme.coin cuisine fonctionnel.Par contre table extérieur usagée,et il serait bien d avoir une petite barrière pour fermer llorsque l on a une animal

Très beau logement, propriétaire très agréable. Une petite maison bien assez pour 2 personnes literie confortable . La terrasse à été carler et ça donne une jolie terrasse dommage au mobilier de jardin un peu vieillo, une éventuelle plancha pourrait être sympa.
