Located 45 km from Nantes and St Nazaire, and 5 km from the Nantes-Brest Canal and the Gâvre Forest, the Cafny gîte is a renovated farmhouse, adjoining the owners' house, situated in a quiet hamlet.
It features a large, unfenced outdoor area (1000 m²) with a south-facing terrace and a north-facing garden.
There is also an open carport.
On-site amenities include: table tennis, basketball hoop, swing set, pétanque court, and sandpit. Ground floor: living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen (Senseo pod coffee machine), one bedroom (double bed 140x190 cm) with en-suite shower room/WC, laundry room, and separate WC. Upstairs: two bedrooms (one with two single beds 90x190 cm, the other with a double bed 160x200 cm), bathroom, and separate WC. Additional amenities: Internet access, full baby equipment, TV with foreign channels, freezer compartment, DVD player. Not included: electricity, electric heating, bed linen, towels, firewood, tourist tax. Redon 20 km. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . IL faut changer la bouilloire électrique qui fait disjoncter le courant du fait d'un court-circuit dès qu'un peu d'eau touche la base.
