Le Clos de Kervin is a renovated traditional semi-detached house, located in the small typical village of Kervin in Piriac sur Mer, in a quiet and relaxing place, 500 m from the sea, 2 km from shops and 12 km from Guérande.
2 enclosed courtyards: 1 of 45 m² (South) + 1 of 17 m² (North), with parking possibility.
Adjoining outbuilding with washing machine. Ground floor: living room (fireplace) with open fitted kitchen, shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 attic bedrooms (1: 140x190 bed, 2: 2 80x190 beds + 80x190 extra bed for child). Additional equipment: freezer, baby chair/bath, stereo, DVD player. Included: wood. Not included: electric heating, sheets, towels and tourist tax. Small pets accepted (on request) deposit 100 €. On the way, please call us 1 hour before your arrival. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Sheets : 26.94 € per stay . Sheet for small bed : 26.94 € per stay . Final Cleaning : 75.43 € per stay . location parfaite. nous avons passé un super séjour. la maison est très bien située pour permettre de visiter la région. Piriac sur Mer est une commune charmantes. très bon accueil avec les propriétaires. nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
