Located in the peaceful village of Trizay-Coutretot-Saint-Serge, a town awarded two flowers for its floral displays, this 78 m² semi-detached house is ideal for a stay for 5 people thanks to its 3 bedrooms.
Its location is just 12 minutes from Nogent-le-Rotrou and its Museum/Castle of the Counts of Perche, and other nearby activities such as canoeing, horseback riding, golf, swimming, fishing, tennis, hiking, etc., all within the Perche landscape, nestled between forests, meadows, valleys, and hills.
This semi-detached house (78 m²) is situated in a village and comprises two levels. On the ground floor: kitchen/living/dining room with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi, and a sofa bed; separate WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with a double bed (140 cm), 1 bedroom with a single bed (90 cm) and a cot, bathroom, and separate toilet. Enclosed grounds (100 m²) with a gravel terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, covered patio, and small garden.
On-site parking. Other conditions: Bed linen and towels not provided, pets allowed (enclosed by a 1-meter-high wire fence). Property managed by a professional.

Petit village paisible, proche de Nogent le Rotrou.Le logement est en fait un gite communal ( bien équipé, grand): l'accueil et la communication sont faits par la mairie.Ce qui est bien, c'est que les animaux sont acceptés et le jardin et la cour sont bien clos.Le chauffage est en supplément. Il y a une salle communale dans la cour et si c'est loué, risque de bruit ( on a eu de la chance ).
