Country house located in a hamlet, between Paris and Orléans, former property of the writer Benjamin Constant.
The house is located on a farm still in operation (cereal production). You can enjoy quiet accommodation with a private enclosed garden.
Parking in the driveway of the property. Activities/Leisure activities nearby: Hiking, climbing sites, castles (Loire, Essonne, Seine-et-Marne, Yvelines), Buthiers and Étampes leisure centers, Milly la Forêt. ON THE GROUND FLOOR: Living room with sofa and armchairs (3 steps to access it). The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave and induction hob (4 steps between living room/kitchen). You have a bathroom on the ground floor with corner bath and shower, and a bathroom upstairs with walk-in shower; 2 separate toilets. UPSTAIRS, you have 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed 160x200, and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds 90x200 (Room No. 4 opens onto the landing). You have at your disposal for babies, a cot and a changing table.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 with single beds can be converted into double beds on request. Other information: Access to the house by 3 steps.
Then, access between the living room and the kitchen by 4 other steps also.
A supplement of €20 per animal is requested.
Animals are not allowed upstairs.
Possibility of renting sheets and towels. Possibility of renting sheets on site: flat rate of €32 for the whole (notify the owners). The organization of evenings and parties is prohibited in the cottage. Arrivals are scheduled after 4 [hidden] and departures before 10 [hidden] Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Napkins : 5.32 € per person per stay . Animal supplement : 20.0 € per stay . Final Cleaning : 69.15 € per stay Property managed by a professional.
Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental.

Un gîte très spacieux et très bien équipé, nos hôtes sont discrets mais disponibles si besoin. L'emplacement est idéal, et les courses à 10km sont très appréciable.
Une très bonne adresse que je m'empresse de garder.

Présent pour une compétition sportive, maison située au sein d'une ferme au milieu des champs, idéal pour la tranquillité, spacieuse, grande cuisine (rustique) et grande pièce à vivre, idem a l'étage avec de grandes chambres et une grande SDB idéal pour les séjours en groupe.

Nous avons juste trouvé dommage de devoir payer autant de suppléments (draps, serviettes de bain, ménage..). Quand on part pour raisons professionnelles, nous avons bien d’autres choses à amener dans les valises pour les salons. Sinon c’était très bien !
Le lieu était parfait, très bien placé par rapport à notre salon sur Outarville. Les chambres spacieuses et bien aménagées. Rien ne manquait.
