This charming house, spread over 84 m² and boasting a sunny 18 m² terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, can accommodate 2 to 4/6 people.
It features an open-plan kitchen/living room, two bedrooms: one with two bunk beds (140x190 cm) and the other a spacious, bright mezzanine bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.
The property includes Wi-Fi.
Parking is readily available nearby. *Cleaning: We require that the bins, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned.
Glass bottles must be taken to the designated recycling containers in town.
If you opted for the linen service, it must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed. **Hotel services per additional person: bed linen (140cm) = €18, bath towel = €5, bed made upon arrival €5 per bed, set of 2 tea towels €4, travel cot or high chair €15 Tourist tax payable in addition, according to the current Cap Lorient Agglo rates. Excellent acceuil par l'équipe Opti, très bien accessible aussi avec les problèmes de hygiène. Quand-même, la solution proposée n'était que la traitement immediate de maison, ni une alternative, ni une compensation. La, nos attends à une gestion professionnelle de la situation ne sont pas satisfait.
