On the ground floor, a first apartment composed of an open space loft-style for 2 people with equipped kitchen, a living room with bedroom area (double bed 140x190), a private bathroom and WC (inside the bathroom but separate from it).

On the first floor of the house, a second apartment comprises: a fully equipped kitchen with a snack area, a spacious and bright living/dining room, two bedrooms with a 140x190 double bed and one bedroom with a 120x190 single bed, a child's bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.

Board games and various books are available.

A laundry room on the ground floor is equipped with a washing machine and various equipment.
