Obiekt klimatyzowany, było czysto, na balkonie w ławce był: parasol, maty na plażę, materac, kółka, zabawki dla dzieci. W obiekcie znajduje się winda. Świetny widok z balkonu. Miejsce doskonałe na wypoczynek dla rodzin z dziećmi.
