Ideally situated on the village's level ground and a 5-minute walk from the beach, this house will be the perfect place for your summer holidays.
With its garden, you can enjoy moments of relaxation and sunbathing.
Equipped for 6 people, it comprises: On the ground floor: a living room with direct access to the garden, a fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker), a storage room, a separate toilet, and access to the terrace at the rear of the house.
On the first floor: a bathroom, three bedrooms, a separate toilet, and air conditioning.
We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful region! 💰 Rates and Conditions 🧽 Cleaning fee: €200 upon advance request 💳 Security deposit: €700 (not cashed, returned after your stay) ✨ Please note: We ask that you leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition (dishes washed, floors clean, trash emptied, etc.) to ensure the best possible experience for the next guests.
If the cleaning is not done properly, a "double cleaning" fee of €400 may be deducted from your security deposit.

je ne m'attendais pas à ce que la location se fasse par une agence. si j'avais su, je me serais adressée directement à elle, cela m'aurait évité les frais de airbnb en plus.à propos du logement, il est un peu vieillot, mais fonctionnel et bien situé. il y a la climatisation à l'étage qui rafraîchit ...
