L’appartement situé au 5eme étage face à l’océan permet d’avoir une vue exceptionnelle.
Rénové au goût du jour, c’est un logement où on se sent très à l’aise.
Le ménage inclus est un atout appréciable mais il faudrait un entretien de fond pour que tout soit parfait.

Appartement très bien situé, équipement tout confort. La gestion par l'agence Foncia a été remarquable concernant les petits soucis toilettes, pour le frigo nous n'avons pu le vérifier mais je suis certaine que ça a dû être efficace.

La terrasse au 5eme face mer et la récente rénovation
Pauvreté des équipements tout IKEA, basiques manquants spécialement dans la cuisine, location un peu trop à l’économie
