location bien située dans Banyuls.
appartement très bien restauré et équipé.
manque d'aération dans la cage d'escaliers, d'où une certaine odeur.
dommage pour la "vue sur mer" masquée par le platane. Mais on ne va pas abattre cet élégant géant.
Quelques renseignements manquent dans le contrat de loc...
