- living room with TV and sofa bed (140x190cm), extra bed (90x190cm),
- shower room with toilet. Studio on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a typical building by the architect Auguste Perret located on the edge of the Montgeon forest (lake, children's games, walking trails). 200m from the tram which will take you directly to the city center in 10 minutes (beach, museum ...) and to the train station in 5 minutes. Free parking along the street. Shops 5 minutes walk away.
Pets allowed for a fee: 1 cat or 1 very small dog (Yorkshire, pug ...) maximum per stay.
Rental charges not included in your rental: - tourist tax
Television, Electric heating, Baby bed, Sheets provided, Household linen, Internet connection, Apartment, Dishwasher, All inclusive, Pets allowed, Microwave, Flat screen TV.
