Ground floor: living room with sofa bed (140x190), separate kitchen (access via 2 steps), bathroom/toilet.
Mezzanine: 1 bedroom (3 single beds 90x190).
Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, complete baby equipment, small freezer.
Included: gas heating, electricity.
Not included: sheets, towels/household linens, and tourist tax.
Mandatory cleaning fee for business clients (€65).
Pets: €100 deposit.
Pornichet 7 km away.
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival: - Towels: €5.39 per person per stay Property managed by a professional.

Très bonne semaine passée dans cette maison de St André des eaux. Nos hôtes nous ont très bien accueilli et ont été soucieux de notre bien-être. La maison nous convenait parfaitement. Simple et confortable à la fois, nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin.
