La Brunaie is an ideal cottage for spending time with your family! Between the games room with billiards, ping-pong, table football, the children's swing, the bikes and the children's games, not to mention the covered area for games of pétanque, there's no time to get bored.
The cottage offers a large 40m² living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table and a lounge.
The entire living room opens onto the terrace and the entire garden. 4 bedrooms including 1 on the ground floor, 1 bathroom with shower (ground floor) and a bathroom (1st), 2 separate toilets.
The beds are made upon your arrival.
Shops and services, market and restaurants, are in Bourgneuf la Forêt, 4km away.
In Ernée, other shops, as well as a beautiful swimming pool.
Train station in Vitré.
For your leisure, Vitré (20km), Fougères and its castle (20km), the Haute Vilaines leisure center (cycling, kayaking, swimming, etc.) 13km away.
Hiking and fitness trails in Juvigné 7km away.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. Il est confortable et surtout très bien équipé, nous n’avons manqué de rien. Très bon accueil de Sandrine, propriétaire des lieux. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. C’est une adresse à garder précieusement.

Gite à la hauteur du descriptif qui a répondu à nos attentes, pour les petits et les grands. Beaucoup d'espace pour se sentir bien dans un cadre apaisant et discret. Parfait pour se retrouver en famille et en profiter pleinement.
