Ideal for family or friends gatherings.
Quietly located in the heart of the town center (market, restaurants, and shops 200m away), the lake is easily accessible on foot or by bike (2km), perfect for boating or paddleboarding, and the ocean is a 25-minute drive away for surf lessons.
Close to cycle paths, the Dune du Pilat, and the Arcachon Basin.
The house has 6 bedrooms with storage (4 with double beds, 1 family room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds), a bright veranda ideal for group or family meals, and a pleasant private garden equipped with sun loungers, an outdoor table, and a barbecue.
The house also includes a washing machine, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with TV area, Wi-Fi, 3 bathrooms, and several parking spaces.
You can park your car and, if you wish, cycle to the lake to relax, enjoy the water park, or admire the sunset.
You can also walk to the town center to shop at the market or have a coffee on a terrace.
End-of-stay cleaning is included.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Bed linen from €20 per bed per week, bath kit from €15 per person per week, high chair/baby cot from €10 per week.

Bon aide à l accueil par l agence , le wase nous indiquait l adresse à l autre bout de la rue...
Gîte spacieux et calme, très bonne literie et bien équipé sauf le congélateur beaucoup trop petit pour 15 personnes.
Le ménage avait été très superficiel ( poussière sous les lits,et dans les armoires...
