Spacious 2 bedroom flat located in St Paul en Chablais recently renovated on the ground floor of a detached chalet.
This 70 m2 flat can accommodate 6 people.
It has a well equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher) and dining area, lounge area with a double sofa-bed, armchair, TV. The terrace is accessible through glass doors. The first bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom has two single beds.
Another shower room is available and also has a toilet.
Another toilet is separate from the bathroom and has a washing machine. Free parking in front of the chalet. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Baby kit : 30.0 € Per stay . HOME LINEN KITS : 25.0 € Per person per stay Property managed by a professional.

Unless there is an electric charging station in the accommodation, charging electric vehicles is prohibited. A twenty minute drive away from Evian, Bernex is the family ski resort of the area and has everything available on site to spend a great vacation either in the winter or the summer.
The ski slopes are open from December onwards, and in the summer there are many hiking trails, off-road bike rides or just simple nature walks to look forward to. Evian, a famous destination in the Haute Savoie known for its thermal baths, and its location between lake Geneva and the Alps. All year round one can find spa treatments, boat rides to Switzerland, beautiful museum exhibits and game nights at the Casino. End of stay cleaning, towels and sheets are not included in the reservation : Sheets : 15€ per bed Towels : 6€ per person End of Stay cleaning : 95 € Extra fees can be applied for late arrivals (after 6 pm.)

Amazing view on the top of the mountain near plage de la Beunaz and village Bernex in quet and peacefull place. The house was fine but some things could be better.
