🍇⛰️ In the heart of the Noble Valley of Alsace, in a typical village between the Bollenberg, Strangenberg and Zinnkoepflé hills, the gite Le Tilleul de la Vallée Noble welcomes you on the 1st floor of an Alsatian house entirely renovated in 2022 and decorated with taste.


🥨 In a warm and cosy setting, discover Alsace, its gastronomy, its great wines and its history. Ideally located 15 minutes from Colmar, 🎡 the Parc du Petit Prince and the Ecomuseum of Alsace, but also 30 minutes from Mulhouse and 🎿 40 minutes from the Markstein. Within a radius of only 10 minutes, a wealth of activities awaits you: 💃 cabaret, 👙 spa, ⛳ golf, 🐎 equestrian centre, 👟 hiking, 🍴 restaurants, 🍷 wine cellars etc.

🏠 The gîte is also an ideal starting point to travel the Alsace wine route or discover the Vosges massif (Petit & Grand Ballons), 🎿 its ski slopes in winter and its lakes in spring and summer. Behind the French-German border, about 1h15 away, go on an adventure in Europe's largest amusement park, 🎢 Europa Park, or enjoy a day out in the pretty town of Freiburg.


The flat includes.
🍴 a fully equipped dining kitchen (oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso, toaster, kettle)

🛋️ a lounge area with TV and double sofa bed,

🛏️ 🛏️2 bedrooms with a double bed in each,

🛁🚿 a bathroom with bath and shower, double washbasin unit and hairdryer,

🚽 a separate toilet.



🏡The whole flat will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you at best during your stay
🧹 The cleaning will be done,

🛏️ the beds will be made with clean sheets (bed linen will be at your disposal if you wish to use the sofa bed),

🧼 clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel,

📶free WIFI connection as well as TNT.


👕 A laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing set on the ground floor of the house complete the accommodation facilities.


🍼 A baby bed can be installed upon prior request.


🏓 On the ground floor there is a shared space, where you can find a table tennis table to enhance your stay.


🅿️ There is free parking 20 metres from the accommodation.


House rule:

🚫 The space on the ground floor is not a garage. Parking and access is strictly forbidden to motor vehicles there. A tolerance is made for bicycle parking.


🚭 This flat as well as all the common areas, including the shared space on the ground floor are non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and any other smoking devices is strictly prohibited.


🚭 Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 additional cleaning fee.


🚫 Animals are strictly forbidden.


🧹 Bed and bathroom linen and standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes the change of bed linen, a general cleaning of the flat and the sanitary facilities.


However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the rubbish, empty the fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the flat. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the flat for 30 euros before your arrival. If you do not book this option in advance, and if you do not comply with these instructions, you will be charged a €60 cleaning fee.


📝 A signature on a digital contract and your identity document, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as the information for the police form, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the persons present during your stay does not match the identity of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
