The 29 m² one-room flat "Hygge" in Timmendorfer Strand for 2 people, completely renovated in 2022, is located close to the centre and in a quiet cul-de-sac on the ground floor with a south-facing terrace.

It impresses with its high-quality and modern furnishings, which create a beautiful, extraordinary and cosy ambience - simply hyggelig.

The living room/bedroom has a comfortable box spring bed and a cosy sitting area.
A large smart TV with Magenta access and an RTL+ premium account provide extensive and free entertainment in the evening. With your own account, you can watch streaming services such as Netflix. Listen to the radio and music via a Sonos sound system via Bluetooth.
The small, separate kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave.
A wooden counter right by the window offers a beautiful view of the rose grove.

The flat is rounded off with a bright shower room.

On the south-facing terrace, you can relax and enjoy the Baltic Sea air with a coffee or glass of sparkling wine. After a long walk on the beach, you can relax in the in-house communal sauna.

The flat also has a cellar room where you can conveniently store your suitcases during your stay.
With the two bicycles (not included in the contract) you can quickly reach the centre and enjoy the hustle and bustle on the promenade or eat in the numerous restaurants and cafés.

In the summer months from 1 May to 13 August 2025, a free beach chair is available on the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach.
A car parking space is also reserved for you directly at the flat. The flat has free Wi-Fi access (no refund / replacement claim in case of malfunction / failure).
It is a non-smoking flat and pets are not allowed.
