The apartment is located right in the center of Scharbeutz.

In just a few steps, you can reach the beach and the promenade with its restaurants and boutiques. The 2-room holiday apartment is located on the 3rd floor and can be booked for 2 adults and one child. You can conveniently reach the apartment via an elevator as well as the stairs.

Upon entering the apartment, you will immediately find yourself in the open living and kitchen area.

The bright and friendly living area features a sofa bed (140 x 200cm), a color TV, and a dining area for 4 people.

From here, you also have access to the southwest-facing balcony.

The kitchenette, equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, kettle, and filter coffee machine, leaves nothing to be desired. The bedroom has a double bed (1.60 x 2.00m) with separate mattresses, and a shower room/WC is also available. This apartment does not have Wi-Fi! You will find a parking space in the underground garage, as well as a bicycle storage area.

An elevator is available in the building. There is a bicycle storage room in the building.

Furthermore, a washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. Pets are not allowed! This is a non-smoking apartment.
