The holiday home at Schloonsee No. 30 welcomes you!
The terraced house is located in a very well-kept, car-free holiday complex in the heart of Bansin. It is only a few minutes' walk to the centre and the beach.
When the accommodation was built in 1996, attention was paid to sustainability, and great importance was attached to ecological compatibility when selecting the building materials.
Rainwater is collected and used in the complex.
A combined heat and power plant supplies the facility with heat and electricity.
From the car park, the communal building (House 1) forms the entrance to the residential complex. The washing machine and tumble dryer are also located there. Children will also find a playground in the complex.
The house itself extends over two floors. The open-plan living area and the well-equipped kitchen have many windows that flood the house with natural light. The living area is furnished with a cosy sofa where you can relax in the evenings.
From the living area you can access the 2 terraces. The kitchen includes a four-ring electric hob, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a small oven.
A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a shower room/WC, a master bedroom and a children's room. Insect screens and double pleated blinds or roller blinds are fitted to all windows on the upper floor.
Bicycles, prams or other items can be stored in the lockable shed belonging to the house. If necessary, you will also find a simple high chair there, as well as a small charcoal barbecue and a handcart.
Smoking is not permitted in the entire house. Pets are not allowed.
