Just steps from the beach, it offers stunning sea views from every terrace.
The house is ideal for families thanks to its variety of spaces. Spread over 3 floors, the property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an additional toilet, accommodating up to 11 guests.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning in the bedrooms, ceiling fans in the living room and all other rooms, a newly renovated kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, TV, and a selection of books and toys for children.
The house has a fireplace and heating for winter.
A cot is available on request. The private outdoor area offers 2 open terraces, 2 covered terraces, and a balcony.
The terraces are well equipped for dining and relaxing in the shade. The holiday home is a 15-minute drive from Motril and 50 minutes from Granada.
The nearest beach is Calahonda Beach.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets are allowed for an extra fee. Parties and loud gatherings are not permitted.
Beach and pool towels are provided.

Wir waren im Oktober mit sieben Erwachsenen in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Die Aussicht von den oberen Terrassen übers Meer und über den breiten Strand ist einfach grandios, wir haben jeden Morgen dort oben gefrühstückt und auch abends noch lange dort verweilt und ab und zu gegrillt.

Direkt am Strand gelegen. Von Strandstühlen über (Strand-) Handtücher, toller Küchenausstattung mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Betten in den Zimmern sind sehr gemütlich, die Kinderbetten etwas einfacher und härter.
Wir sind über Ostern dort gewesen. Zentralheizbediengeld vor dem 4erzimm...
