The modern 3-room flat on 70m² in Timmendorfer Strand is located on the 1st floor and is suitable for up to 4 people with a small child (max. 1 year).

The living room has a cosy sofa set, LCD TV, stereo system and DVD player.
In the integrated kitchen you will find a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and an inviting dining area.

You have access from the living area to the south-facing balcony where you can enjoy your Baltic Sea holiday.

You can reach the two separate bedrooms via the hallway, one with a box spring double bed (160 x 200cm), 1 double bed with two single mattresses (90x200). The balcony faces west. In both bedrooms there is a flat screen TV.
In the shower room with window there is also a washing machine ready for you.

An underground car parking space is reserved for you (entrance height 2.05m).
The W-LAN connection is available to you free of charge (no refund/replacement claim in case of malfunction/failure).
This is a non-smoking flat.
