Welcome to this beautiful 1 room flat on 38m² for 2 persons (on request plus toddler max. 6 years).
The flat is located on the ground floor and is only about 150m from the beach.
If you want a short walk to the beach, this is the right place for you.
The flat is furnished in a modern style. In the living room you will find a cosy corner couch and a comfortable box-spring bed (1.60m x 2.00m), a flat-screen TV and a DVD player for cosy hours after an exciting day at the beach, as well as a blackout blind.
The kitchenette also invites you to prepare meals on holiday, here you will find a ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher etc.
Garden furniture and a parasol are available for you on the south-facing terrace and invite you to linger.
The shower room is extremely new and modern. In this flat you do not need to think about a hairdryer, this is ready for you, a mirror cabinet with good lighting is installed.

A small storage room has been set up in the hallway for shoes and clothes, which offers plenty of storage space.
An underground car parking space is reserved for you.
