Directly on the beaches of Los Lagos and Marfolin de Cotillo and La Concha Playa. 10 minutes walk to the centre of El Cotillo and a great selection of bars and restaurants as well as many shopping facilities.
From the airport 35-40 km to reach by single (45) - collective transfer (12), taxi (50) or rental car (from 20 per day.). Everything you need is within walking distance and easy to reach. Great restaurants and bars all within walking distance and of course the town centre and old and new harbour. Surf spots and calm waters for children, all nearby or right on the doorstep. We are right on the beach and sea.
Very quiet, nice neighbours. Owners usually Spanish. Only we as Germans. Many German families with children in and out of the holidays. We have two more flats there in different locations.
We spend a lot of energy and power for cleaning and maintenance. You will feel at home with us, we look forward to welcoming you as a guest!

El Cotillo offers beautiful beaches. From quiet lagoons with white sand, or a bay with waves for swimming & surfing, everything is there!
The apartmentThe approx. 40sqm large flat is accessed via the spacious terrace. The flat consists of a living/dining room (2 sleeping places for children/teenagers) with a fully equipped kitchenette. Next to it is the bedroom with a large wardrobe as well as the bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin and washing machine.
Urbanización LOS LAGOSEAbout ten minutes' walk from the "centre" is the small settlement in which the flats "Balcon de Cotillo" were built. Here, the bright white houses were lovingly built in the typical style of the Canary Islands. Due to the "privatisation" and the associated change in the administrative structure, a lot has been invested in the renovation of the complex, which is surrounded by a well-tended garden with palms, oleander, hibiscus and cacti. Accordingly, the complex, which is truly unique in its entirety and is located directly on the beach and sea, stands TOP today.
The destination- El CotilloEl Cotillo, the original coastal village in the northwest of Fuerteventura, is far away from the big hustle and bustle. In the alleys of the old harbour district, fishermen, individual tourists and wealthy majoreros who have established their second residence here meet. The charming little village of Cotillo is known as a paradise for surf cracks, high waves and good wind conditions. Thus, an alternative surf scene has established itself in El Cotillo, always looking for new challenges. There are ideal conditions for "windsurfing", "kitesurfing" and traditional surfing. A small supermarket (delicious breakfast rolls/baguettes!) and other shops are only a 4 to 5 minute walk from the flat. A larger supermarket, a bank, numerous restaurants and bars, a laundry and other offers can be found in the village of El Cotillo. A small restaurant and a surf school are also located at the edge of the complex.
The sea and the beachYou can reach the beach and the sea directly from the flat in just a few seconds via a private path in the complex.
The "Playa de Los Lagos de Cotillo" or "Playa La Concha", with its quiet and unspoilt beach bays, is located north of El Cotillo in the direction of the Faro del Tostón lighthouse. The light sandy and fine sandy beach offers optimal bathing pleasure. With its shallow bays and calm sea, it is ideal for a visit to the beach with children. The tide goes out twice a day. During low tide, small children can play safely in ankle-high water. Older children can wade a few metres into the sea and swim. Children and young people find an almost inexhaustible natural "playground" where they can give free rein to their creativity and urge to move. There are more bays to the north. Those seeking peace and quiet appreciate the unspoilt bays, the small windbreak castles built of black natural stones and the stretches of varied landscape of dunes and dark volcanic rocks in front of the white beach. A few minutes away is the neighbouring beach La Concha and a beach restaurant. From there, a small asphalted road leads to Faro del Tostón, the fishing museum and another surf spot. South of El Cotillo, about 8 minutes by car, the "Piedra Playa" is the place for whitewater fans and surfers and There is something for everyone!
On Fuerteventura there is usually a more- or less fresh wind, so that you get unnoticed quickly colour and good sun protection is recommended!
