By booking the holiday apartment, you acknowledge the following house rules.
House Rules / Terms and Conditions Holiday Apartment
Our holiday apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
We kindly ask you NOT to smoke in the apartment.
Thank you very much. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time if there are deviations from the specified arrival times.
The chip card will be handed over at the reception, and if extras are booked, such as the paid underground parking spaces, then by individual arrangement. We will provide you with bed linen for the duration of your stay.
You do not need to remove the covers before your departure. Used dishes must be put back clean and dry in the cupboards; the beds do not need to be stripped. Please just throw all used towels in a pile on the floor before departure. Bathroom To prevent limescale deposits, we ask you to squeegee the tiles/glass of the shower after showering. Please leave the window and, if possible, the door open for ventilation. No hygiene products, waste, food scraps, harmful liquids, grease, or similar should be thrown or poured into the shower and toilet, as this can lead to unpleasant blockages.
Please use the provided facilities. Damages No one intentionally damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks.
If this happens, please report the damage to us immediately so that we do not discover it only after your departure during the final cleaning. The guest is liable for damages up to the cost of replacement. Bed Linen The cost of the final cleaning is included in the total price, unless otherwise agreed.
It is calculated based on normal cleaning effort.
If you require cleaning between stays, please let us know! Hair Dryer We will provide you with a hairdryer for the duration of your stay.
You will find it in the vanity unit under the sink. Liability The landlord is not liable for valuables of the guest(s). Towels We will provide you with towels for the duration of your stay.
You will find additional towels in the vanity unit under the sink. Please just throw the used towels on the floor before departure. First Aid Kit A small first aid kit is available for emergencies, which you will find in the vanity unit under the sink.
We hope, however, that you will not need it. House Rules Under certain circumstances, it may be necessary for the landlord to enter the holiday apartment without the guest's knowledge. Pets Animals are allowed in the apartment. Internet / WiFi A wireless internet connection (WiFi) is available in the holiday apartment.
The access code is available in the holiday apartment. If you need additional catering, please feel free to contact our management department at +359 88 89849955. Upon request, we will provide you with a travel cot including bed linen and/or a high chair free of charge.
Please let us know what you need when booking. Kitchen The kitchen has been completely newly installed.
Please handle the kitchen furnishings and technical equipment with care.
Please only put dishes back in the cupboards when they are dry and clean.
The same applies to cutlery, pots, and appliances that you have used.
Please return everything as you would like to find it yourself. No waste, food scraps, harmful liquids, grease, or similar should be thrown or poured into the sink, as this can lead to unpleasant blockages. Ventilation To prevent mold formation, we kindly ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least once with shock ventilation (5-10 minutes) per day, and especially after showering. Waste As we are obligated to separate waste, we ask for your help in doing so. Waste must be separated as follows: -> Packaging material according to the yellow bin, i.e., all packaging with the green dot. -> Paper (blue bin).
The bin for this is located by the coat rack. -> Organic waste (green bin), i.e., fruit and vegetable waste, coffee filters, tea bags, etc. -> Residual waste (everything that does not fall into the first two categories). -> We will dispose of used glass/deposit bottles for you upon request. We will provide you with trash bags. Parking is available directly in the underground garage within the complex. In the event of a short-term failure of furnishings, public utilities, or due to force majeure, there is no entitlement to a price reduction.
Defects in the holiday apartment must be reported to the landlord immediately.
The guest grants the landlord a reasonable period to rectify the defects.
Subsequent complaints will not be accepted and cannot be credited. Smoking Smoking is generally forbidden in our holiday apartment.
Damages such as burn marks and holes in or on furniture, flooring, bedding, etc., will result in us having to charge you the replacement cost. Smoking is permitted on the terrace as well as on the entire property.
Please dispose of cigarette butts in the provided ashtrays or residual waste, not on the ground. Cleaning Should you have an accident (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask you to clean it up immediately.
Brooms, dustpans, vacuum cleaners, and cleaning agents are available.
Buckets and mops can be obtained from the main house. We ask you to leave the holiday apartment clean (swept clean) upon departure and to put all used dishes back clean and dry in the cupboards. The main entrance door can only be opened from the outside with a chip card.
Please do not carelessly slam the door shut and ensure you have a chip card with you.
The main door should generally be kept closed and locked with the chip card when leaving the house.
Similarly, all windows must be closed when leaving the apartment to prevent possible damage from bad weather or burglary. The apartment features a 50 square meter terrace and an unobstructed sea view! It is located directly on the beach!
