The holiday flat is located in a tranquil, beautiful residential area in the small village of Bodman-Ludwigshafen at the western end of Lake Constance.

The holiday flat has an enclosed south-facing terrace with a 'lake view' (a little lake view between the bushes) and a beautifully landscaped garden with pool, a very special place to relax. The 60 square metre enclosed terrace is exclusively available to guests of "SeeZeichen-Apartment No. 26" and therefore also offers an ideal place to relax for holiday guests with dogs. A canvas partition to our other holiday flat ensures privacy and protection.
The partially covered terrace allows you to enjoy the sun in the right amount, thus extending your holiday season and enjoying beautiful evenings outdoors.
The teak garden furniture is equipped with cushions, pillows and blankets for relaxing hours on the terrace. The shared garden with heated natural pool can be used all year round to recharge your batteries.
A barbecue and beautiful lighting tempt you to enjoy cheerful barbecue evenings.
Comfortable deckchairs invite you to sunbathe.
The flat is furnished with a concrete-look design floor by 'Art on Floor' designer Jeanet Hönig, as well as cosy armchairs and a comfortable king-size box-spring bed.
Floor-to-ceiling white-oiled oak windows and patio doors ensure that the rooms are flooded with light.
The natural materials of the furnishings radiate warmth and create a relaxed atmosphere. The textile furnishings by designer Jeanet Hönig contribute significantly to the feel-good ambience.

Our mini wellness area with a small Finnish sauna with steam oven invites you to relax and serves to detoxify and strengthen the immune system.
The high-quality bathroom is a small oasis of well-being with a spacious rain shower and a large double washbasin.
Since the SeeZeichen Apartment No 26 is rather small with 55 square metres of pure living space, we offer the option of using our mini flat SeeLiebe Apartment No 17 as an additional bedroom for 3 or more people. Including extra shower and WC in the shared, lockable sauna area. The extra room is very small and only equipped with a sofa bed, a beanbag and a wardrobe rail. It has infrared heating, not underfloor heating like the rest of our holiday flats. It is half built into the slope and is rather cool. It is located directly opposite the SeeZeichen flat - 2 steps across the corridor.

SUSTAINABILITY is very important to us. We get our electricity from our solar panels and the underfloor heating and hot water are supplied by the heat pump.
We want you to feel at home with us, which is why we have already sweetened the staircase with delicious fruit...

The location of the holiday flat is ideal: the lido and lake promenade, town centre, grocery shops, doctors, restaurants, playgrounds, the park and the train station are only a few minutes' walk away, yet the holiday flat is located in a quiet residential area.
Typical for our region is glistening water, blossoming / fruit-bearing / autumn-coloured or snow-covered fruit trees, white mountain peaks on the horizon, plus magnificent baroque buildings, colourful half-timbered towns and good food.

For those who love NATURE, our holiday flat is ideal:
The Aachried nature reserve, where rare birds and plants have found a refuge, stretches between Bodman and Ludwigshafen.
Many boat tours, hiking trails and cycle paths give you access to special places in nature. The Lake Constance cycle path leads around the lake for approx. 260 km.

CELEBRATIONS & ENJOYMENT

Numerous festivals take place in all four countries around Lake Constance. With a varied programme of music and entertainment, the festivities are a special experience for the whole family.
From traditional street festivals in a wide variety of styles, to promenade, village, town, harbour and lake festivals, to numerous wine festivals where a wide range of Lake Constance wines are sampled - often accompanied by regional specialities such as fish dishes or fine cheeses. With their varied entertainment programme, these festivals are a special experience for young and old alike.
There is a very rich culinary offer on Lake Constance with delicious specialities from regional and international cuisine.

CULTURE
From traditional events from November to February with carnival processions, broom inns, folk theatre performances, small and large-scale celebrations with unusual masks and special customs, to culinary events, concerts and theatre performances, medieval markets and regional markets in summer and autumn, to the many Christmas markets, there is plenty on offer in the Lake Constance region.
Castles, palaces, museums, old villages and towns with lively guided tours on various themes and regional specialities such as the medieval programmes at Meersburg Castle or the cultural carriage in Überlingen.

Art
We are lucky in Bodman-Ludwigshafen that Peter Lenk and Miriam Lenk produce their works of art right on our doorstep and many of their works can be viewed in Bodman and Ludwigshafen.
Works by the artist Jeanet Hönig hang in our house and there are numerous galleries and special exhibitions in the towns around the lake.

SPORT
If you like water sports, you've come to the right place, as you can go sailing, canoeing, canoeing, fishing, swimming, wakeboarding, water skiing and stand-up paddling in our village. Apart from that, our location is ideal for hiking and cycling tours (bike hire in the village).
For those who prefer horse riding, golf, tennis or climbing, there are plenty of options in the surrounding area.
In winter, you can enjoy one of the many spas with large sauna areas. Three of them are in the immediate vicinity of our holiday flats.
