The holiday apartment is located in a peacefully beautiful residential area in the small village of Bodman-Ludwigshafen on the western end of Lake Constance. With a fenced south-facing terrace offering a "lake peek" (a bit of a lake view through the bushes) and a beautifully landscaped garden with a pool, the holiday apartment provides a unique place for relaxation.
The 60 sqm fenced terrace is exclusively available to guests of "SeeZeichen-Apartment No. 26," making it an ideal retreat, even for holidaymakers with dogs.
A canvas partition to our other holiday apartment ensures privacy and protection. The partially covered terrace allows for well-measured sun enjoyment, extending your holiday season and pleasant evenings outdoors. The teak garden furniture is equipped with cushions, pillows, and blankets, ensuring relaxed hours on the terrace.
The shared garden with a heated natural pool can be used year-round for recharging. A grill and beautiful lighting invite you to cheerful barbecue evenings. Comfortable loungers invite you to sunbathe. The apartment is equipped with a designer floor in a concrete look by "Art on Floor" designer Jeanet Hönig, as well as comfortable armchairs and a comfortable kingsize box spring bed. Floor-to-ceiling white-oiled oak windows and terrace doors ensure light-filled rooms. The natural materials of the interior exude warmth and create a relaxed atmosphere.
The textile furnishings by designer Jeanet Hönig contribute significantly to a feel-good ambiance. The modern design of the curtains and cushions is unique and makes the holiday apartment truly special. Our connection to Lake Constance is also reflected in our selection of pictures, which enhance the pleasant lake house feeling in the apartment. Two comfortable sofa beds in the open-plan kitchen offer relaxed hours with your favorite book or movie... A white extendable wooden table and lovingly restored, upholstered vintage chairs invite you to enjoyable meals together.
In the open, modern kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, hob, oven, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment, cooking can be fun even on holiday. A range hood ensures good air quality in the open-plan kitchen, even during extensive cooking sessions. The furniture and accessories ensure that up to four people feel comfortable and secure in the holiday apartment. To ensure you can enjoy your meals in style, we have provided high-quality equipment including porcelain dishes, beautiful glasses, wine and champagne flutes, cutlery, cookware, kitchen utensils, towels, pots, and pans. Our mini wellness area with a small Finnish sauna with a steam generator invites you to relax and serves to detoxify and strengthen the immune system. The luxuriously furnished bathroom is a small oasis of well-being with a spacious rain shower and a large double vanity. As the SeeZeichen-Apartment No. 26 with 55 square meters of pure living space is rather small, we offer the option of using our Mini-Apartment SeeLiebe Apartment No. 17 as an additional small bedroom for 3 or more people.
This includes an extra shower and toilet in the shared, lockable sauna area.
The extra room is very small and equipped only with a sofa bed, a beanbag chair, and a coat rack.
It has infrared heating, not underfloor heating like the rest of our holiday apartments.

FOR NATURE LOVERS, our holiday apartment is ideal: Between Bodman and Ludwigshafen lies the Aachried nature reserve, a refuge for rare birds and plants. Numerous boat tours, hiking trails, and cycling paths offer access to special natural locations.
