The SeeSucht No 86 holiday apartment is located in a peacefully beautiful residential area in the small village of Bodman-Ludwigshafen on Lake Constance. In a sunny south-west facing location with lake views and direct access to the natural pool, the SeeSucht Apartment is ideally suited for a relaxing getaway. The light-filled rooms with a "lake peek" (a glimpse of the lake between the rooftops), stylish furnishings, and terraces facing south-east and south-west are equipped with modern comforts. Set in a beautifully landscaped garden, the large heated natural pool with a counter-current system and massage jets provides fitness and well-being.
The pool is shared by the holiday guests of the two SeeArt Apartments, as well as the owners and sometimes their guests. The partially covered terraces allow for well-measured sunbathing and extend your holiday season and pleasant evenings outdoors.
In the SeeSucht Apartment No 86, not only a grill on the terrace invites you to cheerful barbecue evenings, but comfortable loungers and a hammock next to tables and chairs invite you to sunbathe. The shared mini wellness area of the holiday apartments with a small Finnish sauna with a steam generator is for relaxing, detoxifying, and strengthening the immune system. Apartment No 86 features a sofa bed and a small wooden table, as well as upholstered vintage chairs, and a bedroom with a king-size box spring bed, a large wardrobe, a cozy reading nook with two armchairs, and a bathroom with a spacious rain shower. The designer concrete-look floor by "Art on Floor" designer Jeanet Hönig, as well as the unique textile furnishings, contribute to the exceptional ambiance of the high-quality holiday apartments. We source our electricity through our solar modules, and the underfloor heating and hot water are supplied by the heat pump. For those who love NATURE, our holiday apartment is ideal: Between Bodman and Ludwigshafen lies the Aachried nature reserve, where rare birds and plants have found a refuge. Numerous boat tours, hiking trails, and cycling paths allow you to access special places in nature.
