Enjoy unforgettable days in the countryside with a dreamlike view over the sea of vineyards and the Rhine plain.
Two apartments with balconies are located in a very quiet area on the edge of the forest in Bad Dürkheim-Leistadt, yet are less than 4 km from the Wurstmarkt/Riesenfass.
Both are comfortably furnished and have large panoramic windows offering a true visual delight.
You can observe local wildlife from the balcony. The many cities and diverse excursion destinations in the entire Rhine-Neckar region and Palatinate Forest are easily and quickly accessible.
The hiking trails "Deutsche Weinstraße" and "Rund um Leistadt" pass by the house and invite you for a walk.
Your four-legged friend is also welcome with us. Please contact us if you wish to bring them. Due to multiple very bad, sometimes drastic experiences with commercial groups such as assembly workers and construction crews (rental fraud, harassment of other guests and neighbors, apartment and furnishings damage in the five-figure range, propensity for violence), I am unfortunately unable to continue renting to commercial groups. I am extremely sorry for all reasonable groups, which still exist, but the risk of encountering a thoughtless, destructive group is unfortunately too high by now. Other Due to very bad, sometimes drastic experiences, THERE IS NO RENTAL TO COMMERCIAL GUESTS!!! (Assembly workers, construction teams, etc.) Commercial guests will not be granted access! Earliest check-in: 2:00 PM Latest check-out: 10:00 AM Other check-in and check-out times are possible but require agreement with the landlord. Smoking is not permitted in the entire building.

Please note that a charge of €10 per night per pet will be applied for each pet. Pets must be kept on a leash within the building outside of the rented apartment (i.e., on the stairs and in the hallway) out of consideration for other guests and my cat. For hygiene reasons, they are not allowed on the furniture or in the bed. If a pet is not house-trained, behaves persistently aggressively towards guests or other residents, or disturbs other residents with continuous noise (e.g., hours of barking), we reserve the right to deny the pet further access to the house.
Dogs must be kept on a leash within the municipal area of Bad Dürkheim. The use of open fire is not permitted in the entire house and on the balcony.
This includes cooking or grilling with wood, charcoal, gas, and liquid fuels, as well as campfires.
However, you are welcome to grill or cook with open fire on our property across the street upon request.
General safety instructions for handling open fire must be followed.
The grill/fire must be completely extinguished before leaving it. In specific weather conditions (e.g., extreme drought or strong gusts of wind), we reserve the right to completely prohibit the use of open fire on all our properties. Out of consideration for other guests, we kindly ask you to observe the quiet hours, and especially to avoid unnecessary noise at night. - Heating, water, electricity included. - Bed linen and towels (for body and kitchen) are provided. - Consumables (e.g., toilet/kitchen paper, soap, spices, salt, etc.) are provided in small starter quantities. - The apartment has a filter coffee machine for size 4 filters.
A starter quantity of filters is provided. - Key handover (2 keys) is usually not a problem, as I live in the same building.

Wir hatten einen Hund dabei, war uns nicht klar das für den Hund auch Gebühren anfallen. Müsste besser bei der Anmeldung heraus gearbeitet werden.
