A large, partly covered terrace and the wonderful garden with sunbathing lawn invite you to relax and barbecue.
The flat offers a very pleasant living climate, summer and winter.
Bakery and supermarkets are within 5 minutes reach.
Beautiful hiking trails in the immediate vicinity allow hiking, cycling and Nordic walking.

A6 Mannheim - Saarbrücken, exit Kaiserslautern West, always follow the direction Lauterecken. After 7 km, you will reach a roundabout 100 m before Sambach, then continue in the direction of Lauterecken until you reach the "Sambach" sign. Then turn right into "Sonnenstraße" and follow the sign "Tierarztpraxis". Take the second road on the left, Lindenstraße 16 (4th house on the right).
