Large and comfortable holiday flat in the Palatinate Highlands

Our house is situated in a quiet location on the edge of the forest in the middle of a wide network of hiking trails, Nordic walking and mountain bike trails. Our cosy comfort holiday flat (110 m² living space) with separate entrance includes an open-plan living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen with counter and bar stools (electrical appliances: dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, large fridge with separate freezer compartment, microwave, rice cooker, coffee machine, toaster, kettle), a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a shower room with bathtub and WC and a separate guest WC with washing machine.
All rooms have shutters, pleated blinds, underfloor heating and fast internet.

A SAT flat screen TV is available in the living room and double bedroom.
The large covered terrace with a wonderful view, barbecue facilities and pizza oven invites you to relax and enjoy.
The car parking space is located directly at the house. Bicycle storage is also available. Bed linen and towels are provided.
We are very happy about guests with children, there is a cosy play corner for the little ones to pass the time. An extra bed and baby chair are also available.
In the immediate vicinity (5 minutes' walk) there is a large children's playground with a rope slide, swing, climbing frame and football pitch.
Pets are welcome on request.

You can arrive from 14:00, possibly earlier by arrangement.
Please contact us briefly before arrival - by e-mail or by phone.
Departure should take place by 11:00 a.m. or after consultation with us.
