The holiday flat is located on the 1st floor and offers 60 square metres of space for up to 4 people. The open-plan living and dining area is equipped with a kitchenette, a dining area and a sofa bed with satellite TV. The kitchenette is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, bread machine, toaster, egg cooker and crockery. The daylight bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a seating area. The third and fourth person can sleep on the pull-out sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) in the living area. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. You can also use the WLAN free of charge during your stay. You can use the outdoor seating area in front of the house or the terrace behind the house, both are not directly connected to the holiday flat.

An advance payment of 20% of the total price can be charged at any time after booking.
Payment is made on site in cash on arrival.
Cancellations up to 10 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged with 80% of the total price.
Arrival is possible from 15:00 to 22:00.
Departure is possible until 10:00.
The keys will be handed over personally on site.
Pets are not allowed.
