Furnished to a high standard and equipped with underfloor heating, seating area, Smart/Sat TV and a double bed (can also be used as twin beds). The kitchenette has an oven, ceramic hob, microwave and coffee machine. A bathroom with shower, separate WC and a private terrace provide comfort. Wi-Fi, parking & wellness garden with sauna & whirlpool can be used free of charge.

Payment is made in advance by bank transfer or PayPal.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking are free of charge. Cancellations made more than 48 hours after booking and up to 45 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total price. Later cancellations will be charged with 100% of the total price.
Arrival is possible from 3 pm to 8 pm.
Departure is possible until 10 am.
The keys will be handed over personally on site or the key will be deposited.
Pets are not allowed.
