The living areas in this single-storey property consist of a kitchen equipped with a combi oven/microwave, induction hob, fridge, freezer and a cafetiere, a living/dining room with dining seating for two guests and a sitting room with Smart TV and an electric fire. There is one king-size bedroom with en-suite cloakroom, as well as a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with lawn, gravelled area and furniture, and off-road parking is available. Within 1.5 miles you will find a shop and within 0.6 miles, a pub and please note that dogs are allowed but sorry, no smoking. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Enjoy a peaceful getaway to West Yorkshire with a stay at Prospect Cottage. Note: The property is set within enclosed grounds next to the owner’s home. Note: There is a step up into the living/dining room from the sitting room, please take care.
