Located 550 meters above sea level, this property is surrounded by lush greenery, fruit, and olive trees. It features two swimming pools, a 5x3m private pool and a 6.60x4m shared pool, as well as stunning views of the mountains, the sea, and the city of Malaga; especially in the evening, the city is beautifully lit. The property is ideal for families, friends, and teleworkers. The plot is completely fenced, offering a safe space for children and pets. Enjoy outdoor activities with a football goal, garden, and a 420 cm trampoline with a safety net, which guarantees fun. There are also 6 luxury sun loungers with cushions, and an electric BBQ. This property also features a well-equipped kitchen, a washing machine (free use), a living room with air conditioning, ceiling fans in every bedroom for cooling, an air purifying system, and high-quality mattresses in the bedrooms, ensuring a relaxing stay. The nearby village of Cártama enhances its appeal, offering a vibrant atmosphere with terraces, shops, sports facilities, and children's playgrounds. For those who enjoy exploring, the beautiful beaches of the Costa del Sol, such as Malagueta and Huelin, are just 30 km away. We hadden een zeer aangenaam verblijf in Villa Montes de Malaga. Alles wat we nodig hadden was voorzien. We hebben genoten van het zwembad! De gastheer was zeer vlot bereikbaar en hielp ons met al onze vragen. Een aanrader!
